Level I: Measurable performance evaluations, effective corrective actions and workplace legal issues.
Level II: Motivation, delegation and time management.
Level III: Principles of effective communication in the workplace.
Level IV: Practical ways to execute the problem-solving process from discovery to resolution.
Level V: Conflict resolution, goal setting and team building.
