Current, comprehensive job descriptions are the framework for many employee-related procedures, including recruitment, performance appraisal, wage and salary administration and retention.

The Manufacturer's Association of Northwest Pennsylvania's Human Resource Services Department will produce job descriptions for your company that include the following factors:

After conducting job analysis interviews with your managers and supervisors, preliminary job descriptions that incorporate your comments and revisions will be presented. The finalized job descriptions will be given to you on paper, as well as on computer disk (for ease in revision).
