The Manufacturers’ Association of Northwest Pennsylvania’s employee opinion survey is a highly effective tool that can help keep job satisfaction high and turnover low. The Association's Employee Opinion Survey is a 62-item questionnaire measuring employee opinions confidentially in seven key areas that impact your organization: organizational effectiveness, employee involvement, supervision, working conditions, benefits, pay and job change. The survey can be customized to suit your company's needs. An Association staff member will introduce the survey to employees and gives instructions on completing the questionnaire. Following the analysis of the survey results, a written report is provided summarizing employee opinions to management and all employees. Meetings to discuss the report with management as well as separate feedback sessions with employees are the final aspect of this service. The report will provide you with the vehicle to improve productivity, quality, communication, and raise morale while reducing issues resulting in employee turnover.
