The Manufacturer's Association of Northwest Pennsylvania Human Resource Services division can help you find the best candidates for your open positions. We review the qualifications necessary for your open positions, develop a standardized list of interview questions and conduct initial screening interviews for you at our facility or yours. We then prepare a detailed report for you on which candidates best suit your needs. We will notify those candidates not chosen for final interviews for you - eliminating telephone calls from interviewees regarding their status as candidates. We can be present at the final interviews at your request and can perform reference checking for you.
