A well-trained HR department is vital to the success of your business.

Department managers along with new and experienced human resource professionals will gain a clear understanding of today’s complex labor laws from this essential certification course taught by the Association’s labor and employment law attorneys.

Each course is offered twice a year from 8 a.m. – noon and includes a one hour question-and-answer session. HR Essential Certification will be awarded to participants who complete all five courses within a 12-month period.
