High business taxes in Pa. spur call for cuts
Pennsylvania has the second-highest corporate tax rate in the United States and among the world's developed countries, and state House Republicans are urging nearly $500 million in tax cuts this year.
On the eve of today's income tax filing deadline, House Republicans cited a study by the Tax Foundation, a nonpartisan research group in Washington, showing Pennsylvania among six states with the highest corporate tax rates. Full article click Pittsburgh Tribune-Review.
