Conference CenterHow many meeting rooms does the Conference Center have?The Conference Center has nine meeting rooms, two state-of-the-art computer labs, two indoor lounge areas and two outdoor patios. Can I connect to the Internet while at the Conference Center?Yes. High-speed Internet access is available in every meeting room at no additional cost. What time will my meeting room be available on the day of my meeting?Your room will be set up and ready for your inspection at least 30 minutes before your meeting is scheduled to begin. Do I need to bring my own audiovisual equipment with me?You may use readily available LCD projectors, plasma televisions, VCRs, DVDs, flip charts, etc., at no additional cost. Are business services available?We will be happy to offer photocopies, transparencies, faxing services or any other business service you might need.
