Questions & Answers About AutoPayWhen will the money be withdrawn from my account?Withdrawals will be made on the eighth (8th) business day of each month for the next month’s coverage. How will I verify when the payment was withdrawn?Your regular bank statement will show the amount and the date of the withdrawal. How will I know when my first AutoPay withdrawal will occur?You will receive a letter advising you when the first withdrawal will be made. Will my payment be the same each month?The amount withdrawn is just like the current billed premium, Note that your premium billed may vary from month to month due to adjustments for additions, terminations, and/or changes. The EBDSWEB will enable you to confirm premium billed and view any activity processed that would have changed your monthly premium amount. Will I still get a bill each month?No, instead the EBDSWEB will enable you to confirm premium billed and view any activity processed that would have changed your monthly premium amount. What if I change bank accounts?Call our customer service department at the number shown below and they will send you a new authorization form. What if I don’t tell you I changed bank accounts?That would be like sending us a check from your old bank account. The bank will tell us that the account has been closed, and your premium will not be paid. In that event, all of the regular rules for late payment and cancellation of coverage would apply. What if I want to terminate my AutoPay agreement?Just send us a letter telling us to terminate your AutoPay agreement at least 30 days before the scheduled withdrawal date. After we receive your AutoPay termination notice you will begin receiving a monthly invoice again. |
