Attorney Approved PA & Federal Labor Law Posters
MANDATORY UPDATE: All employers are required to clearly post and maintain current state and federal labor law posters in their workplace. The Manufacturers' Association's HR and Legal Services division offers attorney-approved all-in-one Pennysylvania and all-in-one federal posters to ensure you are compliant with the most recent minimum wage changes.
- Pennsylvania Poster: Due to the minimum wage increase, an updated Pennsylvania poster must be posted by January 1, 2007.
- Federal Poster: Due to a 2007 minimum wage increase an updated federal poster must be posted by July 24, 2007.
- Pennsylvania: There are NO changes to the Pennsylvania poster dated January 2007, which are also available for purchase.
- Federal: Effective 7/24/07 Mandatory Update
